Salary : THB 30,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for customer service management for company’s strategic accounts mainly in Thailand and neighborhood
  • Lead and manage domestic inside sales coordinator team (in both Rayong and Saraburi sites) for highest performance and goal achievement
  • Manage customer orders and shipment in alignment with business strategies for key market accounts
  • Coordinate with multiple functions and multinational groups as one virtual team to achieve the business target metrics
  • Keep pace with market dynamics in order to provide effective planning to convey sound business decision making

Qualifications

  • Male or Female, age 30 - 40 yrs
  • Bachelor degree in any field
  • Very good command of English
  • Experience in customer service / inside sales coordinator, in manufacturing field for more than 5 years.
  • Experience in team leading for at least 3 years
  • Very good understanding of financial report / statement
  • Ability to deal with customers, sales and production team
  • Possess excellent local customer relationship management, both dealers and business to business types
  • Active, positive, self-motivated, and able to lead team
