Salary : THB 250,000 with sales incentive and other allowances

• Takes overall responsibility for overall business results of the assigned Business Area in order to contribute to business results effectively.
• Ensures accomplishment of strategic market research and key customer surveys to identify respective strategic business opportunities.
• Defines key markets and supports definition and identification of key customers in the assigned area of responsibility.
• Drives and monitors key market development programs.
• Ensures an effective sales organization and infrastructure to foster cooperation with other parts of the value chain (i.e. Marketing & Communication, Product Management, etc.)
• Acts as ultimate point of escalation to solve mission critical issues and problems.
• Heads overall assigned sales organization and leads all related management and staff.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferably in Medical Sciences, Medical Technology, or related fields
• 15 years or more experience in sales and related management experience with a track record of successful performance in the relevant to Healthcare Business
• Minimum 5 years of experience in leading a team in sales of products and solutions
• Experience in managing complex and strategic sales cycles at top management of customers
• Exposure of healthcare markets with knowledge and understanding of diagnostic & imaging market preferred
• Possess excellent attitude , a strong business competency and good communication skills with record of excellent acceptance by customer at all levels
• Good command of English language, both written & spoken skills and proficient in MS Office
