Our client is a multinational company distributes the construction material to Thailand and overseas markets.

Salary : THB 30,000 - 50,000

Workplace : Bangkok

Responsibilities

  • Customer relationship development and management, identifying needs and fulfilling expectations.
  • Assume the role of Trusted partner, being the first point of contact and advocate as a representative of team.
  • Establishing open customer communication, creating an environment of trust and communicating frequently and at the earliest opportunity.
  • Cooperation with multiple commercial, finance and supply chain capabilities and partners to ensure that value is delivered through the entire value chain.
  • Management of the communication process ensuring both internal and external customers are regularly updated.
  • Monitoring and control the order management process through the value chain.
  • Manage incoming calls, email and chat from customers and deal with their enquiries in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Capture, process and action any quality issues raised through customers feedback.
  • Generation and distribution of weekly, monthly and as required reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Thai
  • Tech Savvy, comfortable entering and retrieving data on web-portals, etc.
  • Excellent math, organization, and time management skills
  • Customer service experience with superior phone skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, performance-based environment
  • Practical experience in a similar position is a plus
  • High customer service orientation
  • Detail-orientation and good analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate at different levels
  • Good problem-solving as well as organizational skills
  • Ability to both work effectively in a team and independently
