- Customer relationship development and management, identifying needs and fulfilling expectations.
- Assume the role of Trusted partner, being the first point of contact and advocate as a representative of team.
- Establishing open customer communication, creating an environment of trust and communicating frequently and at the earliest opportunity.
- Cooperation with multiple commercial, finance and supply chain capabilities and partners to ensure that value is delivered through the entire value chain.
- Management of the communication process ensuring both internal and external customers are regularly updated.
- Monitoring and control the order management process through the value chain.
- Manage incoming calls, email and chat from customers and deal with their enquiries in an effective and efficient manner.
- Capture, process and action any quality issues raised through customers feedback.
- Generation and distribution of weekly, monthly and as required reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Thai
- Tech Savvy, comfortable entering and retrieving data on web-portals, etc.
- Excellent math, organization, and time management skills
- Customer service experience with superior phone skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, performance-based environment
- Practical experience in a similar position is a plus
- High customer service orientation
- Detail-orientation and good analytical skills
- Ability to communicate at different levels
- Good problem-solving as well as organizational skills
- Ability to both work effectively in a team and independently
