Our client is an US based company in construction building material business.

Salary : THB 120,000 - 150,000

Workplace : Bangkok

Responsibilities

  • Driving safety culture.
  • Driving Company Core valued Culture, to be voice of the Customer
  • Assist Key Account and Focused Customers – identified by RSM
  • Claims Management – investigation, assistance, approval & rejection response plus Commercial Agreement alignment & communications.
  • Information flow between All plants and customers
  • Standardization between European / American & AMEIA plants

Qualifications

  • Degree or higher in related majors
  • Needs at least 10 years experience in Customer Quality management and Customer Relationship Management
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong background in claim management process and customer audit management.
  • Flexibility in a fast paced envioronment.
