- Driving safety culture.

- Assist Key Account and Focused Customers – identified by RSM
- Claims Management – investigation, assistance, approval & rejection response plus Commercial Agreement alignment & communications.
- Information flow between All plants and customers
- Standardization between European / American & AMEIA plants
- Degree or higher in related majors
- Needs at least 10 years experience in Customer Quality management and Customer Relationship Management
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong background in claim management process and customer audit management.
- Flexibility in a fast paced envioronment.
